Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk (Milnot)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
Instructions
- Boil together the sugar, milk and butter.
- Remove from heat after this has boiled for ONE MINUTE.
- Add the peanut butter, mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered 11 x 7 inch glass baking pan.
- As this is cooling, melt the chocolate chips, then stir in the cream.
- Pour over the peanut butter fudge.
