Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk (Milnot)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Boil together the sugar, milk and butter.
  2. Remove from heat after this has boiled for ONE MINUTE.
  3. Add the peanut butter, mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered 11 x 7 inch glass baking pan.
  4. As this is cooling, melt the chocolate chips, then stir in the cream.
  5. Pour over the peanut butter fudge.
