Cream Cheese Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 to 2 cups pecans or walnuts, or however many you prefer
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in microwave, then cool to room temperature.
- With cream cheese at room temperature, mix cream cheese with chocolate.
- Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pat into an 8- or 9 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting.
Notes
If you want a peanut butter flavor, add 1/2 cup peanut butter and increase sugar to 5 cups.
