Cream Cheese Fudge

Ingredients

• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
• 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Dash of salt
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Cream the cheese until smooth; blend with sugar.
2. Stir in melted chocolate and mix well.
3. Add vanilla extract, salt and nuts.
4. Press into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
5. Chill until firm.
6. Cut into squares.
