Cream Cheese Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cream the cheese until smooth; blend with sugar.
- Stir in melted chocolate and mix well.
- Add vanilla extract, salt and nuts.
- Press into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Cut into squares.
