Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Yield: 1 1/2 pounds

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Beat cheese until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  3. Press into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Cut into squares.
