Diamond Fudge

Yield: 1 1/2 pounds

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture melts and is smooth.
  2. Remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spoon into a buttered 8 inch square pan; chill until firm.
  4. Let stand about 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting into squares.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
