Diamond Fudge
Yield: 1 1/2 pounds
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Cook first 3 ingredients in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture melts and is smooth.
- Remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon into a buttered 8 inch square pan; chill until firm.
- Let stand about 10 minutes at room temperature before cutting into squares.
- Store in the refrigerator.
