Easy Fudge

Yield: 1 3/4 pounds

Ingredients

  • 3 (6 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate over boiling water in double boiler, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Spread evenly in 8 inch square pan lined with wax paper.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  6. Turn out on cutting board. Peel off wax paper and cut into squares.
  7. Keep leftover fudge tightly covered.
