Easy Fudge
Yield: 1 3/4 pounds
Ingredients
- 3 (6 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Dash of salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Melt chocolate over boiling water in double boiler, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spread evenly in 8 inch square pan lined with wax paper.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Turn out on cutting board. Peel off wax paper and cut into squares.
- Keep leftover fudge tightly covered.
