French Cream Almondine
Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped milk chocolate or chips
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Marshmallow Creme
- 2 1/2 cups chopped toasted almonds, divided
Instructions
- Melt milk chocolate to 110 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
- Scald milk. Add hot milk and Marshmallow Creme to melted chocolate, beating until smooth.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups almonds.
- Spread in a buttered 8 inch square pan.
- Sprinkle remaining almonds over top and press in.
- When set, cut into squares.
