Frying Pan Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk, undiluted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together sugar, butter, salt and milk in an electric fry pan. Set temperature control at 280 degrees F. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Turn temperature control off.
  3. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir until marshmallows are melted.
  4. Pour into an 8 inch pan.
  5. Cool.
