Hawaiian Fudge



  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup pecans


  1. Cook sugar and cream together until it reaches the soft-ball stage.
  2. Add butter, pineapple and pecans and beat until thick and creamy.
  3. Turn onto buttered plate.

Tint part of the candy pale green, if desired.
