- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup pecans
- Cook sugar and cream together until it reaches the soft-ball stage.
- Add butter, pineapple and pecans and beat until thick and creamy.
- Turn onto buttered plate.
Tint part of the candy pale green, if desired.
