Rainbow Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semisweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups colored miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with butter, sweetened condensed milk and salt.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in miniature marshmallows.
  5. Spread evenly onto the prepared pan.
  6. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares.
