Russell Stover Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 large can Carnation milk
- 1/4 pound butter
- 2 (12 ounce) packages chocolate chips
- 1 pint Marshmallow Creme
- 1/2 to 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Bring butter, sugar and cream to soft ball stage slowly.
- Place chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme into large bowl.
- Pour hot mixture over chips and Marshmallow Creme; mix well.
- Add nuts and vanilla extract; mix thoroughly.
- Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet and cool completely.
- Cover with wax paper or plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight or until candy sets up.
