Savannah Peanut Fudge
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons chopped peanuts, unsalted
- 4 tablespoons raisins, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk powder and honey.
- Stir in the peanuts, raisins and oats. Mixture will be a mealy texture.
- Sprinkle with the water. Mix until well combined.
- Line a small loaf pan or small square pan with foil or wax paper.
- Press the fudge into the pan.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover.
- Chill for about 1 hour or until firm.
- Remove from pan.
- Cut into squares.
- Store in an airtight container.
