Sour Cream Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Mix sugar, corn syrup, butter and sour cream well. Cook over medium heat until soft-ball stage.
- Cool.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Beat until thick.
- Add nuts.
- Pour at once into buttered platter. Do not spread. Top will be glossy and uneven.
- Cut into 3/4 inch squares when firm.
