Vanilla Fudge

Yield: 2 1/2 pounds

Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces vanilla chips
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, butter and milk in heavy pan. Bring to a boil and boil for two minutes.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla chips and Marshmallow Creme. Stir until mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a buttered jellyroll pan and chill until set.

Notes

Fudge is easier to cut before it gets cold.
