Mexican Penuche
Ingredients
- 3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/2 cup peanuts
Instructions
- Blend brown sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan; boil until it forms a soft
ball in cold water.
- Beat and add peanuts.
- Pour immediately into a buttered pan, then cut into squares.
