Melt chocolate chips in 4 tablespoons water in top of double boiler over hot,
but not boiling, water, stirring frequently. Turn chocolate into medium bowl. Add
sugar, cream, orange juice and orange zest; stir until combined. Beat to mix well.
Place plastic wrap directly on surface; refrigerate overnight.
Place a sheet of wax paper on a damp surface; sprinkle walnuts on wax paper.
Drop chocolate by teaspoonsful onto walnuts. Roll to cover completely.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
