Honey Jelly

Yield: 3 (8 ounce) glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups honey
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 bottle liquid pectin

Instructions

  1. Place honey and water in a saucepan and bring to a quick boil.
  2. Add the pectin, stirring constantly, and bring to a full rolling boil.
  3. Remove from heat and skim off foam.
  4. Pour into hot, sterilized jelly glasses.
  5. Top with paraffin immediately.
