Maple Syrup Jelly
This is an old-time recipe.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
- 1 bottle liquid fruit pectin
- Place lemon juice in medium bowl. Add maple syrup and fruit pectin. Stir well.
- Pour into 2 (8 ounce) sterilized jelly jars. Cover at once with lids. Let stand
at room temperature for 3 days to set.
