Rhubarb Orange Slice Jam
Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb, cut fine
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 pound orange slice candy, cut into small pieces
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (and juice)
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained, cut fine
Instructions
- Combine rhubarb with sugar. Let stand overnight.
- In morning cook for 15 minutes.
- Add orange slice candy, pineapple and juice, and maraschino cherries.
- Cook all together until thick, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Seal in jars while hot or freeze.
