Strawberry Fig Jam
This Strawberry Fig Jam recipe uses strawberry Jell-O.
Ingredients
- 3 cups figs, quartered and stemmed
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 2 (3 ounce) boxes strawberry Jell-O
- 1/8 cup water
Instructions
- Mix together and bring to full boil. Continue to let boil for 25 minutes.
- Pour into hot jars and seal.
