Sweet Banana Jam

Yield: 1/3 cup

Ingredients

• 2 cups mashed banana
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. Heat to a boil in a saucepan; turn to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens.
