Bottled Hell



  • 22 large jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 32 ounces ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


  1. Mix hot peppers and vinegar; stir.
  2. Add ketchup and stir. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour into sterilized jars or bottles.
  4. Seal or keep in refrigerator.
