Honey-Hot Pepper-Orange Marmalade
— This marmalade is very versatile as a spread, and also as a glaze or side garnish for roast poultry. Put a dab atop crackers with cream cheese, and you guests will riot for more!
Hot Garlic Pickles — These are great in deviled eggs, tuna and chicken salad and on sandwiches. If this is too hot for you, adjust the Tabasco down a bit, but they aren't really that hot (trust me, I'm a Native Texan).
