Marinated Black Olives

Ingredients

  • 1 pound black olives
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 lemon slice
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together red wine vinegar, garlic, paprika and lemon.
  2. Stir in black olives.
  3. Put into a jar and add enough olive oil to fill it.

Notes

These will be best after a couple of weeks.
