Marinated Black Olives
Ingredients
- 1 pound black olives
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon slice
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Mix together red wine vinegar, garlic, paprika and lemon.
- Stir in black olives.
- Put into a jar and add enough olive oil to fill it.
Notes
These will be best after a couple of weeks.
