Ingredients

  • 1 gallon ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large green bell peppers, chopped
  • 8 hot peppers, chopped
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together and cook 45 minutes.
  2. Put into hot sterilized jars. Seal and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
