Ro*Tel Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1 gallon tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 8 jalapeño or serrano peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- Cilantro to taste
- Cumin to taste
Instructions
- Mix together and cook 45 minutes.
- Put into hot sterilized jars.
- Seal and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
