Corned Beef Casserole
- 2 cups corned beef, cooked and shredded, or 1 can corned beef
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained
- Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish. Mix well.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.
