Hamburger Sour Cream Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  3. Brown meat; drain grease; add tomato sauce and flour. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and salt.
  5. Place cooked noodles in the bottom of a 1-quart casserole.
  6. Layer with the sour cream mixture, then top with the hamburger mixture.
  7. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
