Taco Twist
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix or 2 tablespoons homemade Taco Seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 3 cups (8 ounces) corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and bell pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Combine cooked macaroni, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream; place on the bottom of a 10 x 6 inch baking dish.
- Top with meat mixture and remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
