Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole




  1. Cut chicken into chunks.
  2. Beat egg with 1/2 milk; dip chicken into egg and milk mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating well.
  3. Brown chicken in a little oil until golden.
  4. Place chunks in baking dish, add Swiss cheese and ham.
  5. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 cup of milk; mix well and pour over all.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until bubbly.
