Company Chicken Casserole



  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing
  • 9 chicken fryer pieces
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan or casserole dish, spread out the stuffing. Arrange chicken pieces on top. Cover with both cans of soup, water and dot with butter. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Serve with potatoes.

Serves 7 to 9.
