Rancho Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro*Tel tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large can chunk chicken
  • 1 regular size bag tortilla chips, divided
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 pound processed cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Mix soups, ,tomatoes, chicken, 1/2 bag tortilla chips, onion and cheese in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
  3. After 35 minutes, crush remaining tortilla chips and put on top.
  4. Bake for the final 10 minutes.
