- 1 (7 to 8 ounce) can crab meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 1 to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until hot and bubbly. About five minutes before the casserole is done, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
