Easy Crabmeat Casserole
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
- 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 ounces sherry
- Mix all ingredients and put into a 2 quart glass casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
