Low Country Shrimp Casserole



  • 2 pounds shrimp
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup


  1. Cook and peel shrimp.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Bake in a casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Serves 8.
