Oyster Casserole

  1. Mix oysters and tomatoes; arrange in ungreased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Pour 1/4 cup of the half-and-half over mixture.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients except lemon wedges and remaining half and half; sprinkle over oysters and tomatoes.
  3. Pour remaining half and half over crumb mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F until light brown, about 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Serves 4.
