Shrimp Casserole


  • 4 ounces noodles, cooked
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup canned shrimp (or more)
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chow mein noodles


  1. Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles, and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
  2. Top with chow mein noodles and bake 10 minutes longer.
