Chili-Fritos Casserole


  • 2 cans chili
  • 1 large can corn, drained
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 diced bell pepper
  • 1 package chili Fritos
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small can diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Sliced black olives
  • Sour cream

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a medium-size casserole dish.
  2. Mix chili, corn, soup, bell pepper, Fritos, onion, jalapeno peppers and cheddar cheese. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Before serving, top with tomatoes, lettuce, olives and sour cream.
