Hash Brown and Pork Chop Casserole
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 ounces frozen hashed browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can Durkee's French-Fried Onions
- 6 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
- Add potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and half the French-fried onions; mix well.
- Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Brown the pork chops in hot oil, in a skillet. Arrange them over the potato mixture.
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions.
- Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
