Pork Steak Casserole


  • 4 loin-cut pork steaks
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water


  1. Slightly brown pork steaks. Place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch oven-proof baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Bring the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, salt and water to a boil. Pour over steaks.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
