Pork Steak Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 loin-cut pork steaks
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Slightly brown pork steaks. Place in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch ovenproof baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Bring the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, chili powder, salt and water to a boil. Pour over steaks.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
