Method

  1. Sauté garlic, onions and parsley in oil.
  2. Add flour and gradually stir in milk.
  3. Fold in artichoke hearts.
  4. Place in a 2-quart casserole and cover with cheeses.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes.
