Fast Dinner


  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Spike seasoning, to taste


  1. In an oversize salad bowl, place frozen spinach, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes.
  2. Break spinach apart with fork; stir in rice and cheese.
  3. Cover and microwave 5 to 6 minutes more.
  4. Season with Spike seasoning.

Makes 2 to 3 servings.
