Peel or leave skins on potatoes. Wash and cut into chunks or wedges. Boil for
20 minutes in water or until tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Put into a casserole
with remaining ingredients, except bacon, and toss lightly.
If desired, cook bacon until crisp. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
