Arizona Biltmore Virgin Prickly Pear Margarita



  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 3 ounces sweet and sour mix
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce prickly pear syrup
  • Lime wedges
  • Kosher salt or margarita salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix.
  2. Rub rim of glass with lime, dip into kosher salt or margarita salt, and pour in the drink.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge.

Yield: one serving
