Baxter's Interurban Grill Sun Dried Tomato Pesto


  • 1 pound sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup garlic
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated


  1. Blend in food processor.
