Baxter's Interurban Grill Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
- 1 pound sun dried tomatoes
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2/3 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup garlic
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Blend in food processor.
