Baxter's Interurban Grill Tutamare
- 1 ounce salmon
- 1 ounce tuna
- 1 ounce scallops
- 2 ounces shrimp
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1/2 tablespoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons tomato
- 6 ounces cooked penne
- 3 ounces extra virgin olive oil
- Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for two minutes.
- Add fish, scallops, and shrimp. Cook for another three minutes or so.
- Add tomatoes, fresh herbs, and pasta; mix until pasta is hot.
