Bernie's Grill Buffalo-Style Hot Wings



  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups frying oil
  • 1 quart hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 pound margarine


  1. Heat oil to about 350 degrees F on medium heat.
  2. Dust wings with flour, and fry in the oil in batches.
  3. Melt margarine and hot sauce, bring to a simmer, take off the burner, and add the vinegar.
  4. Put cooked wings in a bowl, pour as much sauce on top as you desire, and toss wings in sauce to coat them.
