Bob's Big Boy Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 baked (9 inch) pie shell
• 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 small box strawberry gelatin

Instructions

1. Place strawberries in pie shell. Mix water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes or until clear and thick.
2. Remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin; stir until dissolved. Pour over berries in shell.
3. Chill and serve.
