Chevy's Fresh Mex Salsa
- 1 pound tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- Char the tomatoes, onion and jalapenos on a hot pan or griddle.
- Put charred ingredients into blender.
- Add in pepper, salt and cilantro.
- Blend until smooth.
