Dona Marie Restaurant Camarones Rancheros
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/4 onion, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup jalapenos
- 6 to 8 prawns
Instructions
- Pour wine into a pan, and add the pepper, onion, butter, garlic, tomato sauce and jalapenos. Bring to a boil. Once the mixture is boiling, put the prawns into the pan and let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice, beans and flour tortillas.
