Ingredients

  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 onion, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup jalapenos
  • 6 to 8 prawns

Instructions

  1. Pour wine into a pan, and add the pepper, onion, butter, garlic, tomato sauce and jalapenos. Bring to a boil. Once the mixture is boiling, put the prawns into the pan and let them simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Serve with rice, beans and flour tortillas.
